Before you order
Requests go to PopPop Events. An inquiry is not an order, reservation, or charge. Availability, scope, payment instructions, delivery, and the final total are confirmed before you commit.
Digital celebration kits
The 12-page PDF collections are digital, not physical goods. The full collection is delivered after confirmed payment by the method agreed in your order. Public samples are free. Use the kit for your household’s celebration; do not resell, redistribute, or claim the designs as your own.
Printing your kit
Use US Letter paper and print at actual size / 100%. Invitation and favor-card pages include cut guides. Test one page before a full print run. Choose suitable paper for your printer; adult help is recommended for cutting. Color can vary by screen, printer, ink, and paper.
Personalized print products
A style preview is not a production proof. PopPop confirms available sizes, materials, quantities, production partners, and shipping or local-delivery options. Approve spelling, layout, print specifications, and the final price before production. No fulfillment provider receives a print order from this website.
Concierge packages
Published package fees describe the listed planning work for one celebration. Gifts, products, print production, shipping, applicable taxes, travel, installations, and on-site event work are additional unless explicitly included in your written quote. Timing and availability are confirmed before booking.
Changes or a problem
Contact PopPop before approving a custom proof if you need a change. Correction, cancellation, and delivery terms are provided with the order before payment. If a digital file is inaccessible or a print arrives damaged, contact the team with your order reference so they can help.
Your information
Use a general phrase in the keepsake preview. Preview text is not saved to an account or sent to PopPop. The request link passes only the selected service, occasion, and product type. You decide what to submit on PopPop’s inquiry form. Never share private registry editing links.
