Luka and the Little Christmas Visitor
A tiny jingle
Luka was supposed to be tucked up in bed. But first, he wanted to check on his little sister, Lucy. She was only a baby, and he liked knowing she was sleeping snugly.
Tiptoe. Tiptoe. Luka peeked at her door. Mama smiled from the hallway. Then they heard it. Jingle… jingle.
At the window stood a little reindeer with a crooked teal scarf. Snow dusted his nose. His ears drooped.
“Mama,” Luka whispered. “I think he needs us.”
